• I provide a full range of quality improvement and assurance services that are tailor made to meet your specific needs. These include, for example:
• Development and support with implementation of quality processes/policies (such as observation, self-assessment etc.)
• Reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of current quality systems
• Preparing for inspection (pre-inspection workout, includes pre-inspection fitness checks)

• Observation services – carrying out observations, action planning, writing reports and summaries
• Self-assessment and quality review processes (also support with writing self-assessment reports and action planning)

• Development and training of staff, developing capacity to improve and assure quality internally.
